Packaging

Every primary container is amber glass made from 100% post-consumer recycled material. Caps are aluminium — infinitely recyclable and never downcycled. Outer boxes are FSC-certified recycled card, printed with soy-based inks.

We use no virgin plastic in any product, packaging, or shipping material. Refill pouches for core moisturisers and cleansing balms reduce packaging material by 80% per repurchase.

Carbon Neutral

Certified carbon neutral since 2021, covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions — from manufacturing and logistics to supplier operations and employee commutes.

We offset through a portfolio of verified reforestation and direct air capture projects. Reduction comes first: we have cut absolute emissions by 34% since our baseline year. An annual carbon report is published every March.

Ingredients

Responsibly sourced, fully traceable, annually audited. We do not use palm oil derivatives or ingredients from over-harvested species. Every supplier is assessed for environmental and labour practices.

No animal testing at any stage — not on finished products, not on individual ingredients, not by any third party on our behalf. We are Leaping Bunny certified.

Operations

Our manufacturing partner runs on 100% renewable electricity from wind and solar. Waterless formulations where possible reduce both water consumption and shipping weight.

Our zero-waste manufacturing target is 2027. Currently, 94% of production waste is recycled or composted. The remaining 6% is being systematically eliminated.

Since 2020, we have avoided 12 tonnes of plastic by choosing recycled glass and aluminium. Our refill programme has sold over 50,000 pouches, and our production runs on 100% renewable energy. These are not aspirations. They are facts.
